Hi, my name is Catherine and I’m a Clinical Aromatherapist and I specialise in educating people and empowering them to longevity, purpose and abundance.

My passion is essential oils, but not just any essential oils. I use Therapeutic grade Essential oils. These are what I like to think of as medicinal grade.

I use them for things like cuts and muscle relaxation, through to boosting my immune system and detoxifying my body. There is new research showing oils like Sandalwood and Tsuga are having a 98% kill rate of breast cancer cells!!

This is taking essential oils much further than the traditional Aromatherapy image of them as having nice smells. There is a lot of science behind Essential oils, and it is only now that they are being re-discovered when modern scienceI am a massage therapist by trade and I had never really used essential oils in my practice, I hadn’t found them to be very effective.
